Kelly is of counsel with KKG and currently focuses her practice on commercial real estate leasing, with concentration on retail, office, and industrial properties. Representative leasing clients include institutional owners, REITs, developers, as well as national credit retail tenants and restaurant operators. Having practiced for over twenty-five years, she draws from her varied and extensive legal experiences in several private law firm and in-house counsel roles. Kelly has closed acquisitions and dispositions of raw land for development projects, purchases and sales of retail, office and industrial properties, as well as multi-family projects and healthcare facilities.

Earlier in Kelly’s career, during her tenure with a large investment management company, she spent significant time providing advice and counsel on commercial real estate finance matters, working with her business colleagues to structure and close multi-million dollar loans nationwide, many of which were multiple property, multi-state collateralized transactions, and managing outside counsel. More recently, she has represented borrower-clients in acquisition and construction loans. Prior to returning to private practice, Kelly pivoted her in-house focus commercial contracts matters, including drafting and negotiating master services agreements and statements of work for her company clients to provide life-cycle solutions to national lenders engaged in residential real estate debt investments, in the title, closings, valuations, home equity, and default asset management spaces.

Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys traveling (domestically and internationally), searching for the next local James Beard award contender-restaurants, music, movies, ALTA tennis, yoga, and reading. Kelly is also an avid college sports spectating enthusiast.
