Catalina’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, construction and development, acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and other matters relating to the ownership and management of commercial properties.
At Emory Law School, Catalina earned the Transactional Law and Skills Certificate for completion of the transactional law curriculum. Additionally, while at Emory Law, Catalina served as the President of the Banking and Financial Institutions Law Society, and Managing Editor of one of the Emory’s Corporate Governance and Accountability Review law journal. Prior to attending Emory Law School, Catalina earned a bachelor’s degree from Emory University with a major in philosophy, concentrating in social science and law.
Outside of the office, Catalina volunteers with the Safe and Stable Homes Program at the Atlanta Volunteer Legal Foundation (AVLF). Catalina also enjoys hiking with her dog, playing volleyball and tennis, and spending time with family and friends.
