Brian Tobias’ practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate law with an emphasis on real estate finance. He is regularly involved in representing lenders during all stages of the Small Business Administration and United States Department of Agriculture loan closing processes. Brian also has experience working with purchasers, sellers, tenants, owners, and property managers in variety of complex real estate transactions and leasing matters.

Brian has lived in Atlanta since 2014 where, after earning his bachelor’s degree from Emory University, he graduated from Emory Law School with honors in 2021. He held multiple research assistant positions while at Emory Law School, working closely with distinguished professors. Outside of the office, Brian enjoys following the Atlanta Falcons, fishing, and discussing great movies with his friends and family.
