Adam Hirschfeld has vast experience in the field of retail leasing, with a practice that specifically focuses on the representation of: (i) retail landlords in the negotiation of anchor tenant and junior anchor tenant leases; (ii) and (2) the representation of tenants, ranging from a regional department store to developing restaurant concepts in connection with leasing matters. Adam currently acts as the lead leasing counsel for multiple projects, including major mixed-use developments and re-developments. Adam also provides general counsel services to many clients in his outside counsel role. Adam has conducted multiple speaking presentations at the ICSC Law Conference and is a member of the ICSC Law Conference Planning Committee. Adam currently lives in Gaithersburg, MD with his wife Jaime, and sons Nathan and Andrew, where he spends most of his free time exercising or watching his sons play soccer.
