We are excited to welcome Danny Seelos and Hanna Rosenfeld to the KKG family! Prior to joining KKG, Danny worked for multiple trial court judges and a former justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia, and Griffin Bell III, P.C., a boutique litigation firm in Decatur, Georgia. Hanna joins us as a recent graduate from the University of Georgia School of Law where she received the prestigious Rafuse Scholarship for Graduate Assistants.
Meet Danny:
A native of the Atlanta area, Danny Seelos maintains a state-wide litigation practice with a wide range of experience focused on commercial real estate, business disputes, contract disputes, and enforcement of debt obligations, including leases, notes, guaranty agreements, and judgments. Danny’s practice includes advising a wide range of clients, including individuals, small to mid-size businesses, to international banks, with regard to achieving the most efficient results in matters involving condemnation proceedings, bad check laws, UCC Articles 2 and 2A, commercial leases, and breaches of fiduciary duty. Danny has also developed an expertise in handling post-judgment matters, including the registration of foreign judgments, garnishments, pursuing successor liability, and the discovery and recovery of fraudulently transferred assets.
Prior to joining KKG, Danny worked for multiple trial court judges and a former justice of the Supreme Court of Georgia, and Griffin Bell III, P.C., a boutique litigation firm in Decatur, Georgia. When not working on client matters, Danny enjoys spending time with his wife and children, watching college football, going to see live music, playing tennis, and relaxing by a body of water.
