Commercial Real Estate - Sales, Acquisitions, Finance, and Development

KKG's real estate practice covers all aspects of commercial real estate transactions and operations.  This includes land acquisition, land sales, land development, tax deferred exchanges, real estate financing, zoning/land use, property management, eminent domain and construction.  Our client base consists of national, regional and local owners, developers and managers of real property, and the work focuses on all commercial projects - retail, office/institutional, mixed use, and industrial.  KKG handles real estate transactions from start to finish, including the negotiation and drafting of letters of intent, sales documents, development agreements, leases, ground leases, easements, options, covenants and financing documents.  As part of this practice area, we also advise clients as to how they can best structure their real estate investments, and we prepare the documents  to implement those strategic business structures.  We have significant experience addressing matters of land title; we are an approved title agency and write title insurance coverage on behalf of Chicago Title Insurance Company.
