KKG's bankruptcy practice focuses on the representation of creditors in commercial bankruptcies, including liquidation and reorganization proceedings and related adversary proceedings.  The firm enjoys recognition for representing creditors, especially commercial landlords and financial institutions. We frequently advise our clients not only on their strategies in bankruptcy court proceedings, but also on their strategies for avoiding bankruptcy altogether - and this often results in our participation in the negotiation and implementation of work-out and refinancing arrangements.
