KKG is busy representing banks and other financial institutions in connection with the documentation and closing of their business loan transactions. We handle all aspects of secured and unsecured financing transactions.  KKG enjoys a sub-speciality working in the area of Small Business Administration (SBA) loans.  Though our lending and finance practice focuses mostly on the representation of financial institutions, we represent private lenders and borrowers as well.  As part of the services we furnish clients in this practice area, we have a litigation team experienced   in handling matters relating to the enforcement of loan documents, including promissory notes, loan agreements, guaranties, security agreements, financing statements, opinion letters and deeds to secure debt. We also represent creditors in insolvency and bankruptcy litigation and work-outs.
