We are required by law to inform our clients about our policies regarding privacy of client information. As attorneys, we are bound by professional standards of confidentiality and work to protect our clients right to privacy.

Because some of our services include providing clients with estate tax, income tax, gift tax and other financial and business advice, we often ask for personal financial information. All information gathered by Kitchens Kelley Gaynes is held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to any outside sources, except if agreed to by you, our client, or if the information is required by law.
