Biography: Will Downs joined KKG as an associate in 2009 focusing on commercial litigation and commercial lease enforcement. Will's versatility in litigation has enabled him to successfully handle a wide variety of matters involving title disputes, personal injury claims, products liability claims, insurance coverage disputes and business torts. Will is also adept at handling matters at the appellate stage, having drafted successful briefs before the Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court and United States Supreme Court. In addition, Will has been involved in numerous pro bono projects, including participation in the habeas trial of a prisoner on death row.

Prior to attending law school, Will worked in television production with CNN/Sports Illustrated.

Will and his wife Jennifer have one son, Dexter.
