Biography:

Heather Brown joined KKG as an associate in 2006. Her practice is focused on bankruptcy and commercial litigation (both federal and state). Heather also has experience with landlord-tenant and other civil litigation issues relating to enforcement of all forms of contracts and debt instruments and both federal and state appeals.

Prior to coming to Georgia, Heather was a litigation associate for a mid-size law firm in Virginia where she focused her practice on bankruptcy litigation, primarily for a Chapter 7 trustee and family law litigation.

Heather is the proud mother of one child. Heather is actively involved in the Parent Volunteer Association for her daughter's preschool and enjoys spending her free time with family and friends.
