Jesse Kaba joined KKG as an Associate in 2005. His practice includes the representation of commercial lenders and borrowers, as well as advising and counseling clients in the acquisition, development, leasing, and disposition of real property located in Georgia and throughout the United States. Prior to joining KKG, Jesse had extensive experience in the areas of complex commercial title insurance and §1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Jesse is active in the local commercial real estate community, and a Director of the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (www.ayrep.com), an Atlanta-based association that brings together younger professionals from all areas of commercial and investment real estate. Jesse's article "Exchanging Tenancy-In-Common Interests Under §1031: A Golden Opportunity or a Risky Proposition?" was published in the Spring 2003 edition of the State Bar of Georgia Taxation Law Section Newsletter.
When not in the office, Jesse enjoys hiking, fishing, camping, and mountain biking throughout the Southeast, as well as playing golf, racquetball, and softball. |
