RICHARD H. BENNETT

Richard Bennett has been practicing law since 1995 and joined KKG in 1998. He brings his business education to focus on assisting buyers of businesses navigate the varied complexities that are inherent in such transactions. Business owners appreciate his deep understanding on a wide variety of matters to assist and protect them throughout the life-cycle of their business, including restrictive covenants, shareholder agreements, and deferred compensation. Richard's estate planning skills also help business owners think through succession planning, an often overlooked component in a business plan.

Richard is married and has three children. His outside interests include traditional Japanese martial arts (kobudo), chess, and racquetball.
