Biography

Jesse Kaba joined KKG as an Associate in 2005. His practice includes the representation of commercial lenders and borrowers in connection with both conventional and SBA-guaranteed lending, as well as advising and counseling clients in the acquisition, development, operation, leasing and disposition of real property located both in Georgia and throughout the United States. Prior to joining KKG, Jesse had extensive experience in the area of complex commercial title insurance. Jesse is active in the local commercial real estate community and is a Director of the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals (www.ayrep.com), an Atlanta-based association that brings together younger professionals from all areas of commercial and investment real estate. Jesse's article "Exchanging Tenancy-In-Common Interests Under §1031: A Golden Opportunity or a Risky Proposition?" was published in the Spring 2003 edition of the State Bar of Georgia Taxation Law Section Newsletter.

When not in the office, Jesse enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction, spending time with his family and friends, as well as hiking, fishing, camping and mountain biking throughout the Southeast.
