Biography
Heather Brown joined KKG as an associate in 2006. Her practice is focused on bankruptcy and commercial litigation (both federal and state) with an emphasis on creditor’s rights. Heather also has experience with landlord-tenant, foreclosure and other civil litigation issues relating to enforcement of all forms of contracts and debt instruments and both federal and state appeals.
Prior to coming to Georgia, Heather was a litigation associate for a mid-size law firm in Virginia where she focused her practice on bankruptcy litigation, primarily for a Chapter 7 trustee and family law litigation.
